At XpresArte, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, please review the following policy carefully.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible non-customized products. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send items back before receiving return approval and shipping instructions. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Personalized & Custom Products

Due to the customized nature of our products, personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item is defective
• We made an error in customization (wrong text, design, or product)

This includes but is not limited to:

• Custom engraved tumblers
• LED acrylic lamps
• Engraved cutting boards
• Personalized keychains
• Engraved knives or tools
• Products customized with uploaded images, logos, or names

Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, uploaded files, personalization details, and order information before checkout.

Please note that minor variations in engraving appearance, wood grain, acrylic finish, material texture, color, and engraving placement may naturally occur.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at xpresarteusa@gmail.com and include photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, the fastest option is to place a new order after the original item is reviewed and approved for return (if eligible).

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding refund approval.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by XpresArte.
